Merdivenkoy Nursing Home

The Nursing Home was built in 1986 for orphans between the ages of 0-6. It has a 120-bed capacity and is located in Merdivenkoy, Istanbul.
In 2003 after the reconstruction, our Nursing Home has been established as an ‘Example Institution’ by SHCEK (the Department of Social Services).
In November 2005 following the unfortunate events of child abuse in Malatya Instituion, SHCEK has transferred most of the victimized children to our facilities for rehabilitational purposes. Proper living conditions as well as SHCEK staff additionally trained by the SSF have formed the basis of the newly applied policies of the Social Services in our country.

Haci Bedel Mustafa Efendi Mosque

The Mosque is in Uskudar-Istanbul with a capacity of 300 people. There is also a Library and a Lodging for the Imam. It was built in 1983.

Zeytinburnu Retirement Home

In 1985, it was built with a capacity of 90 beds and was fully furnished. The Retirement Home is located in Zeytinburnu-Istanbul.

Darulaceze Blue Pavilion and General Modification

It was built in 1955 within the garden of Darulaceze ( a Retirement Home for the homeless old people) in Istanbul. According to the needs of old people living there, a general modification and restoration was carried out.

Merdivenkoy Retirement Home and Mosque

The Retirement Home is a building with a capacity of 130 beds for the homeless old people. It is located in Merdivenkoy-Istanbul and was built in 1984. There is a Mosque in its garden which accommodates 150 people at a time.

Buyukcekmece Heating System and Dining Hall

In 1976, these were donated to the Orphanage in Buyukcekmece-Istanbul.

Bolu Rehabilitation and Care Center for Children with Cerebral Palsy

In 1994, it was constructed as an Emergency Hospital. In 2000, it was converted into a Rehabilitation Center. It has a capacity of 40 beds. In addition to required educational and rehabilitational programs, the children have activities such as Greenhousing, Carpet Weaving, Painting and Ornament making.

Ardahan Semiha Sakir Village

In 1997, a Drinkable Water System was built in the villages Kocguden, Meryem, Yildirimtepe and Kotanli in the town of Cildir-Ardahan. Among the other services rendered in the area are donations of educational materials as well as the formation of a forest. Due to these, the village of Kocguden was named after Semiha Sakir upon the request of the inhabitants.

Bolu Drinkable Water System

The town of Bolu had expressed the need of running drinkable water system for some of their villages. In 1999, the SSF completed the projects for the villages Asagidoger, Yukaridoger, Asagisayik, Yukarisayik in the town of Dortdivan.

Sirnak Donations of Educational and Technological Supplies

The materials were donated to the town of Silopi-Sirnak in 1999, in cooperation with loca Turkish Army Offices.

GATA Deep Well Water System

The Haydarpasa Gulhane Military Medicine Academy in Istanbul had requested a Deep Well Water System. The project was completed in 1992.
